Grandparents, Parents, Aunts & Uncles: At the risk of sounding like an opportunist, not only because it is 9/11, but because I am sitting outside the funeral service of a 16-year-old schoolmate of my daughters, I will ask you all again -- please make sure you are prepared for the unthinkable, because you just never know. Child life insurance is $35/year for $15,000 in coverage -- well worth the financial peace of mind should tragedy strike your family. I mean no disrespect to any of my friends in Sperry, I just want to spread this important message while it is heavy on my heart.
