Granny flat / Cabin advice ----------- Hi CMs Does anyone have recent experience in erecting a granny flat or cabin on their suburban property? We are looking at doing this. Initially it would be for guests / the man cave, but down the track wed love to use it for our teenage children. We have plenty of space and an existing double garage on a slab that we could knock down. Ideally wed like it plumbed, with a bathroom and possibly a kitchenette. Would be grateful for any advice or experiences. Who would you recommend? Approx cost? How did you get started? Did anyone use a kit home package and have a local builder erect? Thanks CMs.
