How will this carry out and only a couple of counties away their are major problems with spills and contamination. This is why I ask how do we negotiate with our enemy? Who is our enemy? Do you think we dont have one? Are you happy with the way things are, the way things are going, a the direction of humanity right now? Uprisings everywhere. How do we understand them?
