Gratitude Challenge Number 4 out of 5. I give yall a heter (permission) to skip directly to the comment section if you are in a haste and hustling to get ready for the Holy Sabbath. :) 1) I am grateful that its finally Friday and I get to share the Its Finally Friday Country Music Song. YeeHaaw! tinyurl/nshhj2g 2) I am grateful that I have a second YeeHaawTastic Friday Country Music Song to post. WooHoo! Yeah! tinyurl/ptyomlw 3) Im grateful that after years of trying to be Sabbath Observant, I have now enjoyed 5 months worth of resting on the 7th day of each week. It took me over a decade of trying. Slowly by slowly, which is the opposite of the speed I kalmanize, I started keeping more and more of the Holy Sabbath. When I finally went vape free the 7th day of each week (once my youngest daughter Miriam Brachah was born,) I accomplished one of my most difficult challenges in life. Sept 18 2014 my youngest daughter turned 5 months. I too turned 5 month older. She and I have a lot in common. ;-) :-D 4) I am grateful that the first time my wife became pregnant, (and not we became pregnant as I accidentally keep informing people) I became 100% strictly Kosher Observant. Ive kept Kosher ever since then. One of my secret dieting methods is called the Kosher Diet. Every time I want to buy something new to eat in Texas, its not Kosher. This has helped me to not overindulge and gain weight. ;-) :-D 5) I am grateful for my other dieting method. Its called the Twin Diet. My Twin Boy runs in one direction and my Twin Daughter in the opposite direction. Chasing them around our Miniature Castle has helped me to burn lots of calories. 6) I am grateful that my name is kalmanizer and not a boy named Sue. 7) I am grateful I was Country before Country was (considered) cool. 8) I am grateful that I am my own unique Cowboy and I do not follow peer pressure. Those who are your genuine friends accept you for who you are and dont persuade and lead you down a false path. I have to be careful not to be led down a false path anyways cause Im lousy with directions and wouldnt know how to redirect myself back onto the correct path. 9) I am grateful for not being racist and for having Kalman sense to love people for who they are. I dont judge people based off their religion, race or culture. Remember that. I love you for being the genuine kind you! 10) I am grateful that I give people the benefit of the doubt when they happily inform my solemn self that they dont like Country Music. I rationalize that they dont like Country Music because they simply LOVE Country Music! YeeHaaw! :-D Extra Bonus - In Honor of Sabbath: I am grateful that Saturday is Sabbath and a day of rest. This gives me a whole extra day to think of another 10 reasons to be grateful for. I nominate everyone at their dinner table tonight to share with your family a list of reasons of what you are grateful for. Have a shabbatastic Shabbos yall. :)
