Gratitude List Day #22: In a grief-adverse society I appreciate those willing to embrace their grief, share with others and watch as they work to eventually integrate this into their lives. I could mention many and, for today, will acknowledge three of you: 1) I am grateful for Brad Hoffner as a friend and as someone who has continued to show courage in confronting sorrow and blending that with joy. 2) I am thankful for Terry Simpson as a friend and one who so beautifully loved my cousin Nancy in life and in death. 3) I am blessed to have David Jensen as a friend and as someone who is currently showing great courage by suiting and showing up for life each day.
