Great 2 b back on FB… been in NY caring for my little Mama. Had a real hectic-crazy time, but I did squeeze in moments of QT with family/friends. WOW … “speed visits” with the sick and it wonderful to see cousin Connie out of the nursing home looking great after her major medical ordeal. Thank goodness for Aunt Mary helping out with lots of TLC. She always goes out of her way for others. In her golden years of 70+ she can out do the younger generation! She’s the perfect example of health/wellness. Now, I am following in her tracks. So family, listen up!!! You will be hearing my health and wellness song over and over again. For the new school - I will have Tori make a rap song! For 2 weeks, I shared wellness tips with everyone anywhere! Did you guys know that cinnamon helps to lower blood sugar and helps people with diabetes? Got that tip from Aunt Mary, she carries her bottle of cinnamon in her pocketbook! After a wonderful morning with her at a Senior’s Health Fair and afternoon at a Wellness Place in Hyde Park, we had a healthy dinner of broil salmon, steam veggies and brown rice. Then she put the cinnamon on the yummy cantaloupe. After hanging with the “seniors” all day “I” fell out after dinner. She and a sidekick went to the Italian Festival and danced the night away!!! That’s what taking care of yourself can do for you! (It’s never too late…, I have joined the Club). I shared my info at the doctor’s office (gave mom’s doctor the info and I caught him reading it in the hallway!!!) Also gave info to the great NY taxi driver who lost 50 lbs., and gave it to the lady at the grocery store looking for healthy snacks - she lost 100 lbs. Also gave the info to Marist College students when I was at Rite Aid getting Mom’s RX. I love my new business with It Works! Global (all natural proudcts I believe in and can stand behind). OF COURSE ... Aunt Mary has called to place her order for Greens to Go! (provides 8+ servings of fruits and veggies and a blend of 38 herbs and nutrient-rich superfoods). WHAT OUT YOUNG PEOPLE!!!
