Great... I just woke up to an email from my boss letting me know that my cowoker called in today. He hurt his arm a while back and the rushed him back in to be a placeholder so they did not have to send people that can actually help. Instead they have been having our warehouse tech, the lead of cleaning are product so we can turn it around to rent again, having him do all the lifting while my coworker gets to drive and do paperwork. on top of that they are not even paying him the wages that we make for doing our job.... Ive been on call for 8 weeks now not including my not long enough vacation. they have worked me enough. I got sick thursday and was hassled the whole time about when i can come back. I have went to my boss to let him know im tired and need my time off that entitled too. I explained to him the amount of hours and not being to relax cause i was on call 24/7 and that this was severely effecting my mental state as I am struggling with depression. This job is literally taking me to my breaking point. I feel so trapped right now...
