Great Job everyone this weekend! What a crazy weekend for team Ascension. Congrats to all our Competitiors at the CSC Nationals. Ascension Niagara Sent 6 in Full-Contact Disciplines and brought home 4 Gold and 1 Silver out of those, plus three light contact athletes who Came out with 2 Golds and 1 Bronze. From Modern Vision both Aaron Jeffery and Christian Perreria dominated their divisions. Christian won her semi-final and final via TKO, while Aaron won his semi final via Unanimous decision and his final by TKO. TJ Williamson won silver in his bracket losing to a formidable opponent. Big props to Joe Pimentel for winning his 2nd MMA fight via TKO. This time in round 2 by triangle mount smash vs. a tough opponent from Jason Dents Griffinrawl MMA. Also, Ascension New York represented at the 32 Man BJJ tournament in London and put on a show. All made it out of the first round but lost to stiff competition but showed tonnes of skill along the way. Amazing Job Team!
