Great News Bistro Fans!!!! We received our water test back and our results reads zero parts per billion!!!!! We will now offer tap water, bottled water or Tyler Mountain Water to all of our guest. We will continue to cook, prepare and clean our food with the Tyler Mountain Water. Our results are posted in the foyer for anyone to refer to. Please bare with us while we are trying to adjust to some kind of normalcy through this process. We offer iced tea, hot tea, coffee and sodas as well now. If you would like the canned soda we still offer that option as well. We used Analabs in Kanawha City and it has taken 14 days for our results to be returned. The Bridge Road Bistro will continue to strive for excellence throughout any travesty that our community endures I think we have proven that no matter the cost. We are blessed that our Owner Sherri Wong for House trust my decision making and supports the efforts that we put in place to do the right thing for our guest...God Bless all and Have a Wonderful and Safe St. Patricks Weekend!!!!
