Great News! Weve been working very hard with ABC Bakers to find a solution to the digital app hiccups. This is the wonderful note we received from the VP of Marketing of ABC Bakers, today: Thank you for your patience. We have been able to source the cause of why your promise order ecards were not being captured and we have fixed the issue. The good news is that all of your promise order ecards previously sent are now fully functional. Any new promise order ecards you send out will work as they should from now on. However, we are not able to retrieve your promise orders actually placed through ecards prior to today. The easiest thing to do is for you to resend your ecards with a custom message like: “Our ecard site was recently updated, and I want to make sure you get any Girl Scout Cookies you ordered! If you ordered from me previously, can you please resend your order? Thank you!” Those contacts who have not viewed their ecards yet will be able to place orders without any problems so you may only want to resend to those who have viewed their ecards. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Let us know if we can be of further assistance, and best of luck with your cookie sale! On behalf of our entire ABC team, we are all truly sorry for this happening. We never want to frustrate any of your girls, families, volunteers or staff. That goes against everything we believe in and work towards every day. ABC will use this incident to improve our online resources and to be a better baker partner going forward.
