Great Review for our Gorleston office from allagents.co.uk @allagentsuk We had meetings with several estate agents, including Dan of Aldreds, before selecting Aldreds. They seemed down-to-earth, their rates were fair, and the value recommendation was realistic. Both properties were empty at the time we put them on the market, but once appointed, Linda or one of her colleagues, always contacted us to inform us, & to ask our agreement for proposed viewings. After viewings Linda always followed-up with the viewers, and gave us regular feedback. Although Linda was our nominated representative and most frequent contact, all the team were very helpful and friendly. We had little call on extra services, but as we were living away, it was no trouble for Aldreds to obtain meter readings for us, when we required them, and when the sign post was installed, it was set to its best visibility, allowing for nearby hedges. They also gave us (what we considered) sound guidance on other property values when we approached them. Thank you Aldreds.
