Do you believe things will ever get better? Your mood will always lighten when you seek God in the midst of gloomy circumstances. The one thing we often opt to do last is the very thing we are instructed to do first, seek ye first the Kingdom of God. .Make no mistake about it, some of the most spiritually altering attitude adjustments often come at times that are very inconvenient to our flesh. This is why the Spirit verses flesh battle is called nothing less than war throughout the pages of scripture! We must act because peace is not a default benifit to our salvation, though it is often the first strong evidence or spiritual expression of redeemed life. Declare war on hopelessness! Declare war on anxiety and depression! Understand that even though its easier said than done, with God abundant life is possible- a life that is rich in joy and satisfaction in the plans of God! Start by at least recognizing if your meditations are not God honoring, understanding that His peace wont coexist with negativity. The Prince of Peace will show up in our turmoil always- even now; but we must be willing to allow Him to lead us by the heart into his very presence, because where He is exist the very best heaven has to offer now. (Romans 15:13) Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.
