Great Spark! Love David A2J I just wanted to share my story.... This morning I had to go to court and be a witness in a case. I was there for 3 and a half long and tiring hours. I didnt eat breakfast. By the time I was able to leave, I was so hungry that I had to stop in and grab a bite to eat at Pucketts. I only had about $20 to my name. When I arrived at Pucketts, the place was on a wait... No big deal.... Put my name on the wait list and stepped outside for a cigarette. It was SO COLD. While standing outside smoking, I notice a homeless man trying to sell The Contributor newspapers (I never buy them). He was dirty from head to toe. He used 2 crutches to help him stand. He was dressed fairly warm but still shivering. I stop and think to myself... I am about to pay close to 12 bucks for my lunch because I am too impatient to wait until I get home... Sooooo.... I walked inside and went to the bar. I asked for a coffee to go. Cream and sugar packets. I explained to the bartender that I would be back momentarily to actually eat as well. I took the coffee to the man standing outside. I realized as I handed him the hot coffee that it would be difficult to put the ingredients in since he was using arm crutches. He asked kindly if I would put the sugar and creamer in the coffee for him. I agreed. He took a sip and smiled at me. I smiled back. My heart warmed as I saw him smile. We stood there and chatted for about 5 minutes about absolutely nothing. Just talked about the weather, where he was from, etc... If I can afford an overpriced cup of soup and a sandwich for lunch, I could surely afford to help him warm up a little with a cup of coffee. That was literally the highlight of my day..
