Great couple of days up at Blue Rock Hut, Venturers learned some new skills as they replaced rotten floorboards and re clad walls to stop the birds. On the way up the guy at the garage came over to admire the jeep, got talking and the next thing we knew we were invited to go round the road and explore his two sons stock cars...bonus! Sam and Dan got the job of cementing in the newly fixed fireplace. Still found time for swimming and exploring. None of them particularly impressed with the nocturnal wildlife that we found out today is the reason some people wont stay there....and our next visit we will be taking super strength fly spray to deal with the super sized spiders that come out of the walls at night....I wasnt silly I hung a tarp from the jeep and had a great spider free sleep under the stars...
