Great couple of days with the horses. Yesterday DiNozzo ventured out on his first proper hack up to the next village where we trot up the hill to help fitness and strength. He was an absolute pro as we have to go along a main road and he didnt mind a dot, so proud of him and he didnt put a foot wrong but was mentally rather shattered when we got home, mum came on Wilma who is the pro at hacking so he learned from the best ☺️ Today was lessons with Serena, I had one on Danny to show her how we have progressed from a few weeks ago and what our next step is, she could see he was much stronger in his top line and consistent into the frame and pleased with how he had progressed. We worked on baby leg yield to make him more aware of his hindlegs and help him lift through the shoulders to take more weight behind, by the end he was really working nicely into the frame and pushing much better from behind, up in the shoulders and out in the neck, yay!! Now in my other clothes for a quick career change and my other job.....waitress!
