Great day from start to finish! Krunch gym is awesome! Spent nearly 4 hours in there, sat down with Neale went through a plan for prep and my next 7 weeks, went through posing, had a shoulder workout that had my delts popping from all angles then hit my pwo cardio! Then sat and had a great chat with Neale and Georgia about the industry! Ive never been so motivated and determined in my life! Such a professional man and absolute gent! Cant wait to step on stage! Neale Cranwell Georgia Sims! Oh and how can I forget Tank!
