Great few days in Yarmouth, disappointed not to get out of our Group, but we got off to a slow start which you cannot do up there !!!! Lost first match 6-12 to Notts and won second against Rugby 12-6 (4-5 down), so needed Rugby to win 12-6 for a three way play off, sadly wasn’t to be as Notts got the 7 legs they needed even tho they were 7-8 down ??? Its great progress for a team who only played their first ever match just over 13 months ago, onwards and upwards gentlemen !!!! Special mention for Alan King who got to the L64 in the Worlds before going down 4-5, from 1-4, to a quality player, his four dishes the day before, 2B&Ds and 2 TDs, to come back from 2-0 down to another quality player was awesome to watch, well played mate !!!! Im still claiming ‘Shot of the Weekend’ tho ??? LOL
