Great idea, that would clear out all the violent racist scum, leaving only those African Americans who are TRUE Americans. There would of course be some problems, the most obvious being the fact that a large percentage would be refused entry. Second would be reluctance of many to leave. Even though this sub human segment of the black American population are ignorant, they know that they would actually have to work if they were to move to any other country, and obey that countries laws, something none of them have to do with Obama in the White House. Third would be the cost of relocating, which would of course be paid for with our tax dollars if it benefited the current racist regime, but it would not, so no "free" money would be illegally "appropriated" as it normally would for any other "black radical cause".
