We knew that the budget would be difficult but to see a mayor candidate (Mayor Kathy Sheehan Kathy Moran Sheehan) supported by majority of progressive community turn her back on the poorest and minority residents is disappointing. Council Member Leah Golby as Chair of Public Safety Committee where do you stand on this? Representatives of affected areas Vivian Kornegay & Dorcey Applyrs? I know Councilman Judd Krasher Council Member Judd Krasher is doing a great job opposing this cut to services. 11th Ward continues tradition of standing up for community. I know Ronald Bailey Ronald Bailey is also opposing these cuts. Others?
