Great judo class tonight at the Nito Judo Club with Sensei Woody Bostic :)Got started out with some mat work uchi komi. Did the hell strangle that Ivan Lopouchanski showed me in combination with the Triangle that I learned at the seminar with Karo Parisyan :) Also drilled the juji roll that Greg worked on with me a lot and then we worked a fun arm bar grip break technique. After that, some uchi komi, then variations of Tai Otoshi that Sensei Woody showed and finished with some Standing randori :) Fact : Ude Garame ( The arm entanglement lock) is the actual name of the Kimura shoulder lock. It was given that name after Kimura used it against Helio Gracie :)
