Great news!!! In honor of the Les Mills Pump special challenge pack price I put together a little video of what the workout is like. I am in LOVE with this workout!! Ladies, do NOT let the weights scare you. We can and should be lifting weights and NO we will not bulk up. We will get lean and defined and lose fat!!
