Great news. My fiance, Tracy Moore and I found a great apartment in east Hollywood, CA yesterday and I put a deposit on it and bought all of the furniture in the apartment. So we are all set. Its beautiful with a nice back porch that overlooks a Zen fountain and swimming pool which is in a spacious courtyard with lots of lounge chairs. It has a fitness center, theater, security, private numbered parking, a laundry facility, and a hot tub. All for $1,200 per month. Its in a great neighborhood.
