Great news for Fatty Ladies :P now i m giving a trick, how to loose ur wait without any exercise or dieting!!! so, 1) simply just take a glass of warm or little bit hot water.. 2) Put 1 table spoon of honey in the glass & mix into the water 3) Now drink at least once in a day Causes: honey with warm water can help to reduce ur weight & burn calories......... Cautions ! only buy reputable honey like langnese etc otherwise frequently use of cheap brands can be causes of diabetes diseases .....
