Great news today!!! Kaylee rocked her appointment today! We did a rapid MRI (no sedation) and even though she was upset for the few minutes, it was worth not having to sedate her for what we needed. We then waited almost 2 hours past our appointment time for her doctor. They were super behind today! It was soooo worth the wait though! And luckily I found extra snacks in the bag for Kaylee and Mema :) Her head circumference is plateauing (which I keep track of so we already knew that). Her ventricles have remained stable according to her doctor and slightly decreased to the eye of the junior radiologist!!! This was comparing them to the MRI in November. I was beside myself with happiness. Almost like a dream!! Now, she still isnt out of the woods since this can change at any point, BUT we dont have to go back for SIX months!!! She will be 2 at that point!!! So we will continue to pray she continues on this path. Just an overall fantastic day! I couldnt stop smiling!
