Raspberry Mint Shake Ingredients: 2 scoops of Formula 1 Vanilla fl avour 75g raspberries 4 stems of mint 125ml semi-skimmed milk 50g low-fat yoghurt Some crushed ice Preparation: Wash the mint, pat dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Set aside some for decoration and chop the rest. Mix raspberries, milk, yoghurt and Herbalife Formula 1 Vanilla flavour in a mixer or using a hand blender. Mix in the chopped mint. Pour the shake into a glass with crushed ice and decorate with the spare mint. 200 kcal Only shakes made with 250ml semi-skimmed milk are intended for use as meal replacements.
