Great to see Greg still lifting big at this squad session today.A very hard working lifter who through commitment and hard work went from first competition to winning the British U23 weightlifting for the first time with Bournemouthbarbell.He never duct a session was as brave as a lion.Similar qualities to another aspiring lifter Lewis Ridett (now 120/150) and the German ace sprinter Sven Knipphalls (115/155 power snatch and C&J) who also exhibited these qualities while training with us .Both for a much longer period than Greg who was with us for about a year. Randy Hayes (Kofe) also went (111/150) in International competition but at only 17 years of age.Brother Andy was another to do well with (105/125) at 16.All trained at LeAF/sportBU/Kings Park during their active period with me. Just fabulous people to work with..All presented to competition with us..Like to grow my own most of all.Proud of you all.PaulR
