Great tournament this past weekend thanks to some generous kayak anglers and Appomattox River Company (Perception Sport Pescador), PowerTeam Lures (2nd and 3rd place prizes), 13 Fishing (fishing reel), Sealect Designs (custom tumblers), Hobie Fishing (captains bags), Ellen Emmert and friends (cookies), Snack Attack - Thats Sundari and Tehyas snack shop (survival bracelets), Janice Benfield Cifers (Eclair Cakes), my dad Luther Cifers Jr for helping me fix my cooker after I backed over it, Lori Britton Detwiler for taking care of registration and keeping the event running on rails, and last but not least my man Jerry Long for manning the grill. Oh and the crew who cleaned up for us Sunday morning. We had a great time and came together to raise over $2100 to help a young girl and her family continue beating cancer. Thanks to everyone who helped and participated!
