Great week guys. I threw a Christmas luncheon for the senior residents at Luther Terrace in North Memphis. The men and women there are so supportive of me. They pray for me and will not allow anyone to touch the television when Im on the news. Im grateful. So their lunch was my Christmas gift to them. They were dressed so beautifully. Friends donated Coca cola, Grizzlies hats, shirts and blankets as door prizes. There were volunteers that came at the request of Delois, whos mom lives there. The staff is amazing and clearly cares about the residents. Many of these residents are visited regularly. Some are not; just like at all places where seniors live. If you have loved ones in senior housing, assisted living, nursing homes.. I hope some days there is enough time to visit someone who isnt your family. It will make you feel great. And the senior resident you visit, will smile for hours. Please enjoy the photo album from our finger licking good party at Luther Terrace.
