Greater West Town Community Development Project is looking to fill a Youth Mentor position. The Youth Mentor must develop a strong one-to-one relationship with youth taking part in the program, as an advocate, monitor, and as a proactive interventionist. The Youth Mentor will also develop supplemental enrichment programs and deliver high quality services to youth in collaboration with a network of case managers and foster care providers. This is a full time, permanent, career position. The salary range is from $28,000 to $32,000 per year based on skills and experience. The agency benefit package includes health, life, disability insurance; retirement plan; bonus program and educational reimbursement. Minimum Qualifications: Candidates should possess a commitment to community service, a BA or equivalent skills; 3 years of related experience; and bilingual English/Spanish ability is preferred but not required. Must have a car for work related travel.
