Greater freedom & emotional wellbeing demands a daily practice of giving up our regrets resentments and remorse. A regret is the sadness we feel whenever we do something that turns out badly for ourselves. Resentment is the anger we feel whenever it appears that someone else has done something to us that have turned out badly for us. Remorse is the guilt we feel whenever we have done something that seems to have turned out badly for someone else. Such practices are called forgiveness and forgiveness indeed is one of the most courageous acts of love. Practices such as these are not for the faint of heart but for those who are willing to engaged them OMG does the dynamite boom. like this for more BGTD!
