Greatest part of the day so far: I nailed my best crepe recipe so far…involving the usual large Portabello cap slices, sliced sun-dried tomatoes, green onions, grated cheese, deli sliced roasted turkey breast, diagonally thinly slice turkey sausage, and white wine reduction (from deglazing the sauté pan) drizzled over said contents arrayed on the crepe. This time I used a little white wine with almond flour plus pastry flour. Worst part of the day so far: the headache with which I awoke has not yet abated. …still blessed and highly favored.
