Green peppers are the most over used and icky vegetable in existence. Even though they no longer make me physically sick (yay disappearing allergies) they still taste like acid mixed with stinky socks. I have come to appreciate roasted red peppers, chili peppers, even the habanero in small doses. But the appeal of the green pepper alludes me. Is it like cilantro. Are some people just not green pepper people?
