Green smoothies? That taste good? Booking this I said Oh KALE no! But this was delicious, nutritious and low cal. Build your smoothies with ice chips ON TOP of the blender, last. Grab a handful of kale or spinach, add mango chunks, pineapple and bananas, some protein powder and the ice chips on top.. delicious -- I swear. Only have regular ice? Put the ice in a thick baggie, get down on the carpet and smack it with a hammer.
