Greenacres provides extensive support to give employment to people who cant get work in the open market. Having a job gives people purpose, self-confidence, routine, training and friendships. These employees receive a full pension and other Government entitlements so although their actual wage may be low the benefits from their workplace support mean they can function with dignity in our community.
