This challenging and rewarding position encompass a wide range of responsibilities, based on customer service and sales in the equine industry. Primary Responsibilities: •Provide outstanding customer service in a friendly, courteous manner •Work flexible hours including days, evenings and weekends •Merchandise Store as per Greenhawk standards Skill sets required: •Strong working knowledge of the horse industry •Assesses customer needs and provide expert advice about available products •Demonstrates features and benefits of any product, which may complement the sale •Merchandises and maintains the assigned area to its best image i.e. displays, presentations, labels, signage, and ordering needs •Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as proven team membership skills •Mature attitude and a strong work ethic are essentials •Good decision-making abilities and problem solving skills We are a team oriented environment.
