Greetings Rapier Fighters of the North, Im honored to have been selected to Command our Region at Gulf Wars this March. I know we will destroy our enemy as we have so many times in the past. My job will be easy, as we have great leaders in each group and we are going to be prepared. Please continue to work on team and unit tactics. Publish what you are learning, so we can all gain a better understanding. Discuss ideas and tell all of us what is working well for your unit, from your perspective. Dont be shy or hesitant to ask questions. We have a ton of experience throughout the region to draw from. BAM is in one week. Its a great opportunity to work with units that you would not normally get too. Please consider attending or helping others attend if you can. We will be scheduling training and competitions that enhance and encourage strong unit cohesion and performance over the next few months. We have 15 fighters that are planning to fight with us at War, and a few others that may get to go with us. Im glad to have these numbers so far, but we truly hope for a much more robust force. So please do your very best to recruit. Temp your Rapier friends and secure commitment from Armoured Fighters. Beg for field marshals. Bribe fighters from outside the region. Hire mercenaries if you have the coin. Help us make this the largest Northern Force ever! In service, Gassion
