Greetings, all! Well, I guess the popup ads on Facebook actually do something good, once in a while. Idve not found this group, had they not been there. Just as a start, Ive been a naval miniatures gamer since the late 70s, using Fletcher Pratt and Seapower I, II and III. Alnavco sent my group an advance copy of their modern naval rules set, but it was a poorly executed, dumbed-down, watery version of Seapower. I dont think it ever made it to market. Ive also played a really - I mean, doctorate-level - set of modern naval rules that needed a Cray to figure it out. I cant recall the name, and I no longer have a copy, but they came in a standard letter-sized book that went into deep, deep, DEEP detail on radars. Anyway, Im glad to have found the group.
