Greetings boosters, We had a great turn out at our first booster general membership meeting last night. Thank you to everyone that attended. A lot of information was disseminated regarding the upcoming 2013-2014 marching season. Among some of the items that were discussed were the different fundraisers that are currently taking place. The band is selling Lobo sunglasses, flip flops and slides. The percussion section is having a drum-a-thon in which they will be playing for 15 hours straight in an effort to raise money to get new percussion equipment. The boosters have the Cici’s key tag fundraiser. Also discussed were the volunteer needs for Lobo kick off as well as the needs for the football season which starts in just a little over two weeks. If you were unable to attend our first general membership meeting, don’t worry, all the booster general membership meetings are held the second Monday of the month. The next meeting is scheduled for Monday September 9, 2013 at 7 pm in the band hall. Water contest update day 11. Today we received 1235 bottles.
