This is with regards to an opening with ExxonMobil, Malaysia for IT Technical Helpdesk Analyst Location : Kuala Lumpur Contract : 12 Months (Extendable depends on your performance) First point of contact to address customer problems related to End User Computing tools and services. Take calls or IT Chat or requests by web-form and provide resolution over the phone or by e-mail where feasible. Escalate correctly and timely to Level 2 support for items that are out of scope of Level 1 support Execute responsibilities promptly following established procedures & take ownership of service requests in order to meet the service level agreement objectives Assist with the resolution and take proactive steps to keep customers informed Work on projects as assigned Provide status updates to users as appropriate Recommend improvements or assist process improvement initiatives Handle resolution of day-to-day operational issues, in accordance with problem management principles Skills required Diploma/Bachelors degree in IT / Computers Have minimally 2 years’ experience in IT Helpdesk Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
