BGP,EIGRP, MPLS,QoS, STP, VTP etc.) 4.Configuring Cisco Wireless Access points & controllers 5.Experience with Juniper firewalls and clustering 6.Experience with analyzing traffic and utilizing packet sniffer utilities (ie. Wireshark, Netscout) 7.Familiarity with management tools such as CiscoWorks, Concord eHealth, HP NNM. 8.Expertise in LAN and WAN technologies to provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support Strong documentation skills and ability to create high-level and low-level designs that meet business requirements.
