Greg Derrett and Detox have filled their boots at Crufts adding the large Championship to their Singles title in a competition which showcased the very best dogs and handlers in the UK. The course set by Tom Quinn demanded all out speed, and Greg and Detox went flat out to score the winning time of 29.18. In total four of the large dogs broke the 30 second barrier. Runner-up was Alison Roets and Eostre Of Bekarno with a time of 29.46. For the smalls, it was an amazing triumph for Bernadette Bay and her Sheltie, Zazz, who won this most prestigious of titles for the third year running. Winning both the jumping and agility, Bernadette and Zazz stormed to victory in 30.70, with Hayley Bray and Bling in second place with a top-class run timed in 31.78. Triple world Champion Natasha Wise and Dizzy took command of the mediums Championship from the onset, winning both the jumping and the agility and making no mistake in the final with a brilliant demonstration of speed and accuracy. Their winning time was 29.53. Second place went to Steve Richardson and his Patterdale cross, Libby, who came home in 30.72.
