Gregs PT tip! If fat-loss is your highest priority when it comes to training, a great training protocol I use very often with clients is tri-sets. Tri-sets are basically when you perform 3 exercises one after the other for the same muscle group. An example of a tri-set for the posterior chain could be: A1) leg curls 3011 - 10 repsA2) deadlifts 2020 - 20 repsA3) hip thrusts 1111 - 30 reps This would be a great booty builder as well as shredding the fat away.
