Gringo Dip 2 lbs Velveeta Queso Blanco, cubed 12 oz pkg. shredded Pepper Jack cheese 8 oz pkg. shredded parmesan 16 oz container pico de gallo (fresh salsa) 2 cups milk 1 tsp cayenne 1 pkg 16 ounce frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained Over low heat, combine all ingredients (except the spinach) in a non- stick saucepan and stir until the cheese melts. When cheese has melted, add spinach and stir until warm.
