Group Fitness Instructor of the Week: Steven Coburn! Steven is highly motivated to help you reach your fitness goals. Steven takes a biomechanical approach to exercise, stressing proper form, leverage, and muscle activation in functional movements. He also emphasizes the integration of progressive strength training and conditioning to achieve ideal body composition and improve performance. He participated in football and track and field at the collegiate level, is an experienced wrestler, has experience as a physical therapist aide, and is practiced in Olympic and power lifting technique.
