Group Input Needed: Im posting on behalf of a friend, as she doesnt have access to internet. She went to court and judge ordered a week long visit for ex-N, during fathers day weekend, and they have to each drive 6 hrs to meet in the middle for pick up and drop off, at the beginning and end of the seven day week, but heres the kicker... He filed contempt on my.friend cause hes alleging my friend is prohibiting visitation with his daughter, age 4. He wanted ten days not seven and my friend went with judges preference . Can he do that? Its a judges order and may I add, her honor is NOT impressed with him at all. She has the right to say seven days, when judge said one week. Am I wrong? Shes freaking out and needs advice. What should she do?
