Question: I do not have it nearly as bad as some of you, and my heart breaks for all of us dealing with NNNs, and we all know how they LOVE to win and when they dont all hell breaks loose!! So, my NNN pretty much lost everything and did not fair well in court or mediation ( THANK GOD!!) because his true colors showed. My question is this.. After mediation is over and settlement agreement has been entered into the courts, can he sue me or drag me back to court for personal property? Photography is a HUGE part of my life and who I am. My NNN used to verbally abuse me and constantly chastised me for all the photos I took of our children.. Non stop ! Well.. Now that we are almost divorced, he has been hounding me via text and email for a year now to give him digital copies of ALL my pictures of the kids. I gave him an external hard drive with over 1000 on there plus several portraits ( which he chose to cut me out of a few and mail to our 8 year old daughter). And other portraits he actually mailed back to me. He NEVER cared about ANY of these pictures til he lost big time. It is like his final thing he can try to harass me about and win. Settlement agreement simply says all personal property has been divided and agreed upon. He knows how much photography and my scrapbooks mean to me and THAT is why he cares! Every time I gave him what he asked for, he demanded more. I know this seems petty to those of you fighting for ur kids and you are all in my prayers..
