Group input needed: I hope this is how you post anon. Looks like we are going back to court. Selling all my jewelry to pay the attorney fees up front. Why we are going back to court: I want the child support to go thru the state, instead of me begging for a check. He claims he is 9 months ahead. Reality: 1 month behind. I am also being audited because I went to Disney (punishment) with my kids and he claimed the kids and house on his taxes. I did the same and his CPA requested I be audited. He is suppose to reimburse me for half of home repairs. He doesnt. Both teens (male and female) share a room during his visitation. His life ins is suppose to be unchanged with kids and I as the sole beneficiaries. I have not seen prove of this. His name is still on my house because of a second mortgage he took out. Its been three years and he has plenty of money to remove it along with his name. He wont do it. Just need lots of prayers that this ends. I hope I have a case to fight him.
