Group input needed: N is hiding from service because he believes its the AGs office trying to serve him for support of his other daughter. This could delay the hearing next week. That sorta works in my favor but may cost me another trip with the attorney to the court house to ask for an extension and/or another way to serve him. So tired of the games. If he really cared about seeing his daughter or moving past this he would be served, get an attorney and be there next week. Our judge will be Ben Smith in collin county (tx). He is a former criminal prosecutor. Maybe the Ns recent felony damaging my car will help my case. Is anyone familiar with this judge? Daughter still going to counseling and still says she doesnt want to see him. I pray this TRO sticks next week.
