Group training has become more and more popular at PRO FITNESS PLUS. Each session involves a total body workout combining resistance and cardiovascular exercises to increase your metabolism and weight loss. Your training will consist of using your own body weight, bands, sliders, body positioning, sleds, medicine balls, physioballs, ship ropes and much, much more. Neshannock Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 5:30am and 7:00am Saturdays at 7:00am Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30pm Shenango Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 5:30am
