Growing up in the valley in the late 70s and 80s was great..not just the places but the people. Looking back the music had such an impact ...Journey, Rush, Eagles, Reo Speed wagon, Van Halen..I dont feel tardy love that. Fashion was so simple too,..Some Jordache jeans and a cute top. Ditching school to go to the beach or a friends house. And huge house parties! It was simple. Calvert between Woodlake and Fallbrook. Rode my horses up n down fallbrook. Fast cars and garage bands. Was a rebel...but got it together later. Us artisans...we tend to like to learn by touching, smelling, tasting and hearing... .Stevie Nicks is playing right now!! Cool. Those were great times because there were a lot of firsts ;) Sagebrush... Pelicans Retreat... oh yes. Good times!
